Refund policy

•  Returns and Exchanges are accepted for orders meeting the following criteria:
• • All returns must be within 14 days of shipment to receive a return authorization.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an authorization.
  • Once the authorization is provided, customer must return product within 14 days.
  • Credits will be given 48 hours from the time of receiving product back or if product is deemed damaged.
  • At USA Renewed discretion, a 25% restocking fee may be assessed to the returned order.
  • All cash sales are final and will not be accepted for returns and/or refunds.
• No items will be accepted for returns or exchange if:1
• Product is returned incomplete or defaced.
• Original order number or receipt is missing.
• Serial numbers differs from original order.
• Opened items not in its original packaging.
• Warranty cards are filled out with manufacturer.
