Shipping policy

 

Orders will be shipped the same business day or the next, depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Our shipping estimate is 3-5 Business Days via USPS First Class.

Damaged Shipments:

• Defective, Damaged, or Missing Merchandise Order must be reported within 72 hours of receipt for a Return Authorization.
• If your shipment arrives damaged: You must notate the damage with the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in and notify Kole Imports immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.
